OK, are these pots OK for orchids ?

What potting media did you use?
I think the idea would be a good one but the metal may not last. Some metals rust away in no time. Have had trouble with wire baskets lined with Coconut fiber. I planted stanhopeas in them. the bottoms rust out and the plant has to be repotted. Hope it works for you.

I used medium bark nuggets with styrofoam nuggets. This is galvanised weldmesh. Will not rust. My shadehouse is made with it.
