Can someone just clarify the growth order on this. It's a first gen. Catt. bowringiana hybrid (Epicat.plicaboa)- I've read contradictory things about when the root growth starts, is it before or after blooming? I know never to repot these things until then!

My bowringianas start new root growth late April and into May here in Florida. They don't start blooming until August/September.I would repot early in the grow season.
