My question here is : How do remove ALL of those old potting materials when the roots just wrapped around the medium like pictured ? I mean how do you do repot withou causing extensive damage to the root ball ?

Since I have never had this problem, I am curious too! (Maybe some day I will have to deal with bunches of roots)

I just move them to larger pots, I don't like to divide them, the bigger the plant the more they bloom
Most orchid plants need to be repotted either when they outgrow the existing pot or when the potting media begins to break down, I do it every couple of years, after they finished blooming and/or when new rooting activity is evident.
I remove any bad roots, the ones that have dried or are soggy brown, and if is easy to take out the old media I do it if not I try not to disturbed the roots much. Always help to let the roots soaked for several hours before repoting

Very impressive, happy plants! I'm finding that since joining the orchid board, my plants are looking much better!
