Default Container choice for Cl. russelliana

I have a Clowesia russelliana in a 3" / 7.5cm pot that is just making new growth, but not roots. It is already warm here, and it will get hot in the next few weeks. I think it's time to pot this up.

I want to use the PET method. I don't drink soda so I don't have any empty 2 liter plastic bottles. Which of these containers do people think might work well for this plant with this method? Thanks in advance.

This is a standard 1 quart/liter deli food container.

This holds about 3 pints / 1.5 liters.

This holds 2 quarts/liters.

I can cut down a 1-gallon / 3.78 liter container, either this thin-walled one:

Or a more sturdy one like this, although the one I use will be completely opaque and not translucent:
