Orchids potted in sponges - what to do Female

I looked up Pafcal and it does look like the stuff my plants arrived with.
With seedlings I had in the Pafcal I found that the bottom could be very wet while the top felt dry. Very glad the pot was clear so I could see what was going on. Also these pots are the smallest I've seen, watering with an eyedropper would probably be a good idea!
