That is amazing!! It reminds me of Restrepia . Love the flower size and color pattern!
Do you water your masdies everyday? I assume they have excellent ventilation? Or do you wait until they are relatively dry?

I water every day throughout the summer months (May-October), and about 2x a week the res tof the year. As far as ventilation goes, all my masdevallias spend the bulk of the summer outside on a bench in heavy shade...in the GH in winter the vents/exhaust kick in when it hits 76F. They all get nights down to 48F, though most of them are sitting directly on gravel, so I'm sure they get some residual heat at night as well. I do not ever let these guys dry out--restrepias can take a bit less moisture at their roots if they need to.
