Ecuagenera has tons of Masdevallias for sale. They are hit and miss, but they will be at the Chicagoland orchid festival in September. You could preorder and then check the plants upon arrival, if you can go to the festival.

I know at one time Kalapana in Hawaii had many Masdevallias, but I don't see them on their current website. They are awesome, so if you send them on email they may be able to help.

On a side note, several years ago, I ordered from Paramount in Canada. The shipping was a bit expensive because of what was needed to ship into the U.S., but the experience was pleasant. I was able to purchase plants that I couldn't find here or that were more expensive here, even after the shipping from Canada was factored in.

Good luck in your search!!

I've ordered and picked up from Ecuagenera before. Will probably do so again unless I find something beforehand. J & L hasn't anything new unfortunately.

If into species, you might check if Andy's has anything.

Thats a new source for me. I didn't know about that one.
So many sources have dried up like Kalapana and Golden Gate Orchids.
These days if I want to buy I usually go through Ecuagenera or Colombian Orchid Imports.

I have been selling on Ebay online. I have some new hybrids and some species. The heat has kept me from shipping at this time but I will be selling again soon. My ebay user name is Polarizeme to see my feedback.
I am working on a website -Griffin Mountain Orchids- it's not quite ready for primetime, but I have sold to folks requesting plants. The site has a signup form for an email list.
I am a hobby grower and currently have an abundance of M. coccinea, M. veitchiana, hybrids, species and new hybrid crosses - plugs and compots. More on the way out of glass.

J&L Orchids in Connecticut recently changed hands but I believe they still have Masdies for sale. I've moved and my growing conditions have changed so I had to give them away but I got some great Masdies from J&L.
