I'd just leave it up to the moderators to move the posts or merge them, or what not.
I'm just letting you know for the sake of knowledge that Scaphyglottis are Cattleya relatives.
Scaphyglottis are unusual plants. They are ramblers, but they tend to grow shoots from two places:
1. The base of the pseudobulbs where it connects with the rhizome.
2. The apex of the pseudobulbs in between the two leaves.
They're also pretty slow growing.
They grow better in intermediate to warm temperatures.
Moderately bright light to bright indirect light is fine.
I'm guessing they're called Scaphyglottis prolifera for a reason...They probably bloom prolifically.
