Masdevallia Copper Angel

This is my Masdevallia Copper Angel ‘Orange Sunset’ AM/AOS..I've had this one growing on my windowsill for almost 5 years now. It's been in flower for months now, and still keeps spiking. It currently has 6 open flowers on it and more buds coming.

A little background...I got two Masdie's to start off with back in 2013 and have been flowering them both regularly. The other is Dean Haas "Embers" AM/AOS.

I finally broke down and ordered 5 new ones from Eucagenera recently so we will see how those do. I live in Florida so not exactly the ideal conditions for masdie's but these guys do well for me inside on the windowsill. They give me constant flowers throughout the year.

Beautiful blooms! I had a Copper Angel some years ago, and it didn't live long. I put it down to not being cool enough, but if you can grow it in Florida, I should have had no problem in the Netherlands, we're lucky if it gets into the 80s in the summer.

Can you provide any culture info? I'm thinking of getting this exact plant and putting it in semi hydro or Kool-log
