I'm sure that would work. Not sure what one would do to cool things down. I'm lucky I have a garage down stairs as it was much easier to work with.

I had toyed with the idea of growing them in a large jar, with a metal bowl of ice on the lid. But I know I wouldn't be able to just add ice.
Sometimes I'll drink warmish beer rather than go to the freezer for more ice.
