Pleurothallis hemirhoda

This one seems to grow continuously, every few weeks a new leaf shoots out and now I have my first flower on an older 'original' leaf
Also the roots are growing fast and I grow it in spagnum. Temperature is 13-24C° and the plant grows in the lower light area of my grow box.

With my phone it was impossible to make a nice detailed picture of the flower.
