Propagating lepanthes is a formidable task. First, the flowers are tiny. You'd need at least a jewelry loupe to be able to see most of them to pollinate. Second, the seed capsules tend to have a very low volume and are difficult to flask. I haven't successfully accomplished it yet.
That said, pollinating lepanthes is just the same as pollinating any large-sized Orchid flower, just miniaturized.
Marni Turkel is probably the foremost expert in pollinating and flashing this kind of plant. She's on Orchid forum.
