Yes, I discovered the issue was indeed firefox - they have been dragging their heels in supporting the image format that google uses (which has been in place for many years now). Kind of strange for firefox, but there you go.
Unfortunately, I do not know the full name - surprisingly, I picked it up from a garden centre. The form and size looks like coccinea to me, but the leaves are very different from both veitchiana and coccinea, so I doubt that's the cross. There are just too many veitchiana crosses to guess.

Thank you! In summer, my masdies are in a constantly shaded spot on the balcony (no direct sun). Average temps are around 22/23 C during the day, with relative humidity between 60 and 70%. At night temps will hover around 15/16 C, with the humidity going up a little. They are all grown in moss and watered every 2-3 days in summer.
