Estación, with a evaporative cooler I could achieve the required levels on both parameters, temp and HR.
I can get them new for 60 EU, 60W for a max area of 10 m2 (which is more than I need).
That's an option I'll have to think of.

It made an enormous difference for me (and my orchids!) I bought one in July. It kept my growing area to 27C / 80 F and 70%+ relative humidity when it was 45C / 113 F outside. It ran continuously from when I bought it in July until the beginning of October, and the electric company still said my consumption was in the bottom 5% of similar-sized homes. I used almost no air conditioning this summer.
Mine has a garden hose connection and an automatic float fill valve. Use Teflon plumber's tape on the connection threads so it doesn't leak, and a very low flow of water into the device.
I initially filled it by carrying buckets of water from the bathroom to pour into the device. I enjoyed the exercise and the ladies at work enjoyed the big muscles in my arms. But, I work long hours, and a few times it ran dry. My unit is not damaged by this but there was no cool air.
I ran a garden hose from the outside into my sunroom through a slightly opened sliding glass door. Evaporative coolers don't work well unless there is an opening to exhaust the air, so fresh humidified and cooled air is constantly being blown over the plants.
If you put it into your bathroom the best arrangement would be near the outside window, blowing cooled outside air over the orchids, then through the bathroom door into your house. This way your other half will see some benefit from this ridiculous expenditure. Or you could position it in the doorway, blowing air past the orchids out the window. I suspect the other half would not enjoy stepping around the device from time to time.
