u bada, when I bought this plant two years ago it was just finishing with blooms, most had fallen off. I live 30 minutes away from Al's Orchids and after the plant was packaged for my drive home and unpacked, there were only a few blooms left. The plant has grown well for me though I think this last winter I kept it a little dryer. I think that maybe the dryer winter was the reason it's going to bloom now. I'm very excited!

Today there are a lot of blooms. More to open. They are such a deep color.
