Default Pleurothallis restrepioides "Dragonstone" repotting opinion

I've had these about six years. The tag says "2007". I've never bloomed them despite freezing and everything else. So the question is truly about repotting. If so, what's a good time? I'm inclined not to do anything at the moment. I'd like to take a look at the roots and possibly clean them up but they aren't budging from these pots. I can't imagine the potting media is any good at this point.

I haven't really found a decent care sheet on them since most of the postings are about blooming them. So any input would be tremendous as I'd like to start taking these two seriously especially since they refuse to die
