Oh how beautiful Mauro!

I had one very much like that, but I killed it last year. Not one of my happier moments, I can tell you. I am not exactly sure what I did. All the leaves just went yellow suddenly and then fell off. Then the poor thing was dead.
I was so hoping I could grow it. The flowers looked so cute, like they had little monkey faces in the center. I think maybe I had it where it was too hot? I'm not sure!

Those little faces we see in many of these Dracula flowers are nice, uh?
Well, could be the hot place, yes. Draculas really hate being grown in permanently hot climates. Some species can face a relatively hot summer as long as the nights are fresh. I see that you're in California and this can be a problem for Draculas unless you live in some fresher region of the State.

Just a quick update on my transplanted Dracula, per your media & fertilizing instructions. . .not ONE new black freckle or burnt tip! Just now starting to see some new growth. We're on our way with this one!
