Question Masdevallia "Peach Allure" question about growth habits

Question: When do Masdevallia typically start vegetative growth, before, during, or after flowering?

Information: Plant is Masdevallia "Peach Allure". I purchased it, in bloom, in January. It is potted in fine bark, in a plastic pot. It sits on a saucer, over glass stones which are submerged in water. The pot does not come in contact with the water. Current temps are 74° F day and 64° F nights. Humidity ranges from 68% to 99%. The higher humidity range is more common. I water it with RO water and fertilize weekly/weakly with urea-free fertilizer. It is currently sending up a new flower spike.
My main concern is the fact of no new vegetative growth.

This is a hybrid. Masdevallia hybrids normally grow on and on without decided rest period, when the plant feels happy.
Some species and hybrids flower only once a year, while others do so year round.
Orchids teach you to be patient.

Thank you. That is what I was hoping. As it is beginning to flower again, I will assume it is happy and just patiently wait for new growth. I normally grow intermediate/warm orchids. This is my first attempt at leaning towards a cooler growing orchid.
