Keikis on Pleurothallis Male
Default Keikis on Pleurothallis

I installed a Pleurothallis niveoglobula in my tank a few weeks back.
As it's both flowering and sprouting new growths I assume it's rather enjoying itself, but I recently noticed that one of the old flower stems is redeveloping itself into two new leaves. Roots are just beginning to show.
I also assume this is rather normal, but what factor(s) would it likely be attributed to?
Change in light levels, temps, watering, division?

Also, how long should I leave the keikis before transplanting them to the drip wall? A couple of inches of total roots (or whatever the recommendations for Dendro/Phal keikis are these days)?
