I found my pictures! The first is the plant and bloom, next to an ordinary garden hose for scale (they used the hose to protect the tree from the zip line cables), and the second is the Pleurothallis, another orchid that wasn't blooming, and a fern on a nearby trunk/branch.
Not the greatest pictures, but I just took pictures of the actual pictures with my cell phone. The originals aren't great either, since they were taken 15 years ago, in the dim light under the humid forest canopy, and I couldn't spare my second hand to mess with the camera too much. Despite the secure harness, I was clutching the zip line platform rail with a death grip!
