Very nice!!! It's got great colour I think.
I would agree on keeping it in sphag. I've had my share of low humidity issues with other Pleuros.

Yay, congratulations on the bloom. I like growing these in Sphag it works well for me even though I don't like Sphag for some other types of orchids.
