Pleurothallis prolifera
Pleurothallis prolifera - this was my very first Pleurothallis plant ever, at the time I had no clue what Pleurothallis even is :-) It is larger size than most of my Pleuros, but I love it, especially the blooms forming from the inside of the leaf growing in the clusters. Some pages say cold growing but it can grow very well intermediate to warm actually as I do grow it. Little less water than most Pleurothallis plants, does not love to be dump as others.

I wonder what on earth pollinates that! What a funny evolutionary trait to have the flowers pressed up against the leaves in that way.
I just imagined a frog hopping up there and rubbing on one flower, then the next, then the next to pollinate them.
Then I realized that makes no sense whatsoever and realized I should just tell you how pretty it is!
