Take a look on Amazon (or online) for the globes. I just bought 12 4.5" globes for about $28 including shipping. I'm making centerpieces for our OS Holiday Party with them - they're planted with baby's tears and I will attached balloons to the top

.
The Lepanthes I planted directly into the globe went into a quick decline and is officially dead. The ones I left on their mounts with some loose moist sphagnum in the globe and doing quite well. Very wet right now because I just watered. One has a spike!
The globe with 2 mounted Lepanthes is about 6". The one with the dead one is about 4" and the ones with the baby's tears are 4.5". I don't recommend anything smaller than 4.5". It's too hard to get stuff in and out.
