DeaC, plants tend to be adaptable. They want to survive and propagate. Unless the culture is so utterly different than the plants ideal, you should be fine. This is especially true with Restrepia. Keep them somewhat moist and give them humidity and they will grow like the weeds they are. If yours doesn't do well in cooler conditions, warm it up a bit and see how it does
