Don't believe it's restrepia but you may want to start looking on orchidspecies.com...GREAT site.

Definitely a Pleurothallis sp. Not a Restrepia sp.
Don't know what it is unfortunately, because there are a lot of Pleurothallis that look like this.
If you are able to get a hold of an orchid taxonomist, that'd be ideal.
If not, then I'm sorry. There are tons of unidentified Pleurothallis out there.
