Unidentified pleurothallid from Costa Rica, pretty sure it was Monteverde. What do you think it is?

It's probably in the genus Stelis.

Don't know the species.

There are many, many unidentified species of Pleurothallids that make it to people's collections, this is not an unusual case.

Stelis can be challenging to identify down to the species level because sometimes some of them do not have visually identifiably unique features that people can see without the aid of either a jeweler's loupe or a dissecting microscope.
