Tommymiami - I immediately searched the web for one - at Seattle Orchids for $50 + shipping and at Ecugenera for $25 + Shipping but must wait for them to be in the US. I'm definitely getting one!

Carrie, got mine from Ecuagenera, do now forget, Seattle orchids have them from Ecuagenera anyways, their plants are though already established and not fresh after the import, so more stable, therefor higher price:-) Ecuagenera will bring it to the show, $25 plus $4 pick up fee, so you safe some cash for sure. Sometimes they do not bring them in great shape though, in February both Ivan brought for me were molded dead, so I had to wait till next show, that time he brought this healthy baby:-)

TommyMiami - I ordered from Ecuagenera and will pick up at the Silva Orchids Open House which is about 1 hour from me. I will just have to wait for June!

Given your experience, I will unwrap this new baby in front of them to make sure it is healthy. I wish I had seen it sooner as Ecuagenera was at the SEPOS show where I bought a red Lycaste from them.

PS the import fee was only $2 for a total of $27

Cool:-) Yes, just check the plant, but Ivan would not sell it if it would come in the conditions mine came anyways. It is still better to check before taking it home:-)
