New books about minis
Hi there,
Did anybody got the new books about minis. They are really great, highly recommending. But be careful they are so good that after two weeks after purchase, I manage to spend £150 on Lepanthes already .
What do you think about them?
Regards
Drobec

Yes I am. They are really great. I don't think there are any other like these.
Do you have them, Naoki?

Have them both volumes, totally amazing, US authors, and many well known US growers provided their plants for pics, you will know them (Marni Turkel or Andy from Andy's orchids, just to name 2, but you will know many others!)! But I do agree - first of all, these 2 books weight together 18 pounds!!! They are not books, more weapons of the massive destruction! - ONCE you start browsing, your miniature list will become more WAR AND PIECE book by Tolstoy, with hundreds and hundreds of pages of WHAT YOU MUST HAVE! I did spent quite some buck after getting them, but mostly created huge wish list:-) Have many Lepanthes pre ordered now for the Redlands show too!!! Nevertheless, they are worth every penny (pound in this case), and must have for all miniature freaks like me:-)

Oh that book is the miniatures holy bible! I don't know how much time I've spent reading it over and over.
The pictures are also beautiful!
And that list at the end of Vol. II, with miniatures needing similar conditions, but weren't put in the book...
I think it is by far the most exhaustive publication about miniatures out there!
