I must admit I often forget about this mini. It's literally always in bloom (or darn close to it) so really have reached the point of rarely noticing. It has about filled up the 3inch pot its in -- and it has only taken around 5yrs or so to do it from the 0.5 inch plug I started with. (For those of you who have yet to venture into the micro minis, this is why they cost at least as much if not more than that blooming sized catt or cym. )

The flower is roughly 5-6mm long from front to back. Entire plant stands about 1.5 - 2 inches (4-5cm) high.

I honestly can't say with any reliability. I only have a few pleuros so I don't really have a great data base from which to draw. Add to that, that the pleuros I have are minis, and that compounds the difficulty -- when a 3" pot can pretty much be considered a "specimen-sized" plant, I think one is less likely to really be aware of how speedy (or not) the growth rate is as opposed to when looking at larger plants.

Now assuming my memory is correct and I started with a 0.5" plug (and it is doubtful it was any larger than that based on the sizes I see at shows), then to translate the growth rate to a larger scale, it would be comparable to starting a plant in a 4"pot which would after that same duration now be in a 24" pot.
