I think they are all considered to be pleurothallis now, and checking the
IOSPE
, those flowers are not open enough to be Pl. linearifolia.

As far as my knowledge goes, this looks like a lighter version of Pleurothallis picta. I have one myself and I recognize everything about the plant, except for the colour...
