Masdevallia erinacea - my first Masdie in bloom!
So, after many tries, one dead and 2 not blooming yet, this third one, erinacea, did make me extremely happy. There are 4 spikes, 3 fully open, and blooms are actually much bigger than I did expect. It is mounted on hygrolon grown on the top of the cylinder, under the fan and light, temps inside the vase range between 70-76. I love this one, so interesting, hairy, cute!

Thanks Hector. I was surprised to see 4, it is mounted on Hygrolon only since September:-) It is on the top, where it is not dump at all times, right under herradurae, and it has pretty good light level, filtered from the top and also from the side:-) I did fertilize it weakly maybe some 3 times.

Many thanks everyone, I love Masdies, but they don't love Miami weather so much, so happy I make one bloom, even if it is grown inside:-)
