Thanks, Tommy, Nikki, Bud, and Leaf. Tommy, you might try Andy's. It's often listed as Pleurothallis amparoana. I grow it cool, but since it's from Costsrica and Panama, it should be quite temp tolerant.

There are a number of such species, one with brownish flowers with the "lid" part way down, and with very tiny purple flowers and a "lid" the is flipped up on the end.
