Yes, it's hard to get across what Blood actually looks like. But I agree that's what to call it - it really is the only thing I can compare it to. The flowers are also very thick and feel like leather... hence, long lasting as well.
When I was with Tom talking about all of them (and I mean... ALL of them haha) and I pointed to this one, he said it was "the best Masdevallia in the whole house".
I've come to agree.
