Default Masdevallia coccinea

This masdevallia is a cold growing species from Peru and Colombia. The flowers have many color variations. This one is pink form with darker stripes.

The colour is very nice, normally I would expect this species to be flatter and more open than this one. That's not a criticism as there is a wide variety of these depending on where they are collected or whether or not they are line bred. Thanks for sharing a very pretty one though, looks well grown.
