I sent an email to the person I bought this from (David) and he identified the plant. Looking at IOSPE photos, I would have never guessed that it was that species.
My plants bloom is a little fuller and lighter in color (I think mine is prettier in shape and color ).

Mystery solved. (Thanks David!)

This is a small sized plant with small flowers. The sepals have a nice purple streak as does the outside of the top sepal. The sepaline tails are yellow and long. the flower body is about the size of a nickle.
