Default Masdevallia Minaret 'Lollipop'

Had this one about 12 months, first time I've gotten it to flower but it's a small plant. I love the colour but for showing the shape needs some work, maybe better next year.

Anyway I hope you like it as much as I do.

Gi,day, This flower shape is common to this Masdevallia, if you look at my gallery, there is one called minaret p.j that is the same. These will grow very quickly and I have divided mine several times over the past 3 years. Great colours.

Hi masda, I have some Reggae hybrids as well which also have similar shape and colour. One common parent for both is the ignea.

This is a small plant so far and I look forward to it growing well.

;-)

You are absolutely correct Tindo. I also like this combo. I think this may be the next area I branch out into.

Aren't these very difficult in terms of temperature? I've heard these are cold lovers. Correct me if I'm wrong.
