Masdevallia barlaeana flowers
Love this one.
The pic with two flowers, is actually a flower each from two divisions. One of the divisions is just 5 leaves and is a piece that fell off the main one when I was repotting. It seems to be doing OK though and is growing as well. The larger plant has another bud forming as well

I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE this one! 
I've had that happen with my Masdies - an odd piece comes off during repot - surprised me that even the tiniest bits, which I expect to die, do fine |

These hold themselves more upright than my veitchianna (smaller flowers as well) and I love seeing them every time I go in the greenhouse |
