This one is a micro-mini; I am glad that I have automated misting or I am sure that I would forget to water this one...
Enjoy!

This just moved to the #1 spot on my wishlist! Wow! I want one so bad. How do you grow it?

This little guy grows cool/cold (80F max days, but usually around 70F, down as low as 40F at night, but typically low 50s this time of year), bright light for a pleuro (about 1100fc), great water (90% distilled, 10% rain, avg 20ppm dissolved solids), with a 5-1-1 fertilizer application at full strength 2x monthly. The plant is mounted, sits about 6" from a fan that runs 24/7 in one of my vivs; 80% avg humidity, with automated misting every 2.5 hours during lights on for 1.5 minutes per go. It will grow with nights a tad warmer, but it is a cool grower from elevation in nature I believe. Sorry to ramble, if you need further details, please let me know.
Adam

That is just the cutest little orchid. Lovely, and it looks so happy. I wish we could grow Masdevallias and other real cool-growers here, but it's just not happening without major expense.

I see you use a MistKing system - I just recently bought one and don't have it set up yet. I gather you are pretty happy with it? How long have you used it.

I do use a mistking system and do like it, the only thing that I'm not too keen on is the lack of customization for the system available here in the US. I think that if I were in your part of the country and wanted to grow pleuros it would most likely be in a basement to avoid the heat build up...or I'd look into the warm growers...or bulbos...
