Masdevallia coccinea alba
Best bloom to date  even though I was away for 6 weeks ( I left the spikes were just emerging from leaves, came back it is in full bloom!), it makes me think my plants like it better when I am not on their back every day 
this plant is growing in semi-hydroponic method since 2009

Spectacular display of blooms....its like birds in flight....I am not so lucky with Masdies, although I managed to bloom a couple of these....
