You might try emailing Theresa Hill at Hillsview Gardens in Mulino, OR; she has quite a few on her benches (though I don't know about the price); if Ecuagenera will be near you at a show, they have them reasonably priced (even including the show "fee"); last but not least, try Lehua Orchids.

Gorgeous I love this one.

Mine was my fist Masdie and I built my greenhouse just to house it (then had to get others to keep it company )

Mine doesn't have such an obvious colour difference, it's there but more subtle.
