Default pollinating restrepias

I have a bunch of new Restrepia's in bloom. Does anyone have experience pollinating them that could help me out? I would like to cross many of them together.

Pick up the pollen of one, put it on the stigma of another. Isn't that how it works? What other information are you looking for?

The size of the pollen is the challenge. I thought maybe someone would have some suggestions on technique.

Ah, in that case, invest in one of those big magnifying glasses with a light attached to it, clamp it to a desk.
Get out some tweezers and use a clamp to hold the plant's pot in place while you manipulate it.
