Default Pleurothallis Rowleei Dark blooms??

I have just recently purchased this orchid. I realize the flowers develop from the base of the leaves but I was wondering if all the leaves are capable of having flowers develop. Also, can a leaf that had previously had flowers develop, develop flowers multiple times.

I am sorry if this is a 'basic' question, but I have learned that the more I learn about orchids, the less I know.

Thank you for any response.

I have not grown this particular species before, but from what I do know of Pleuros in general, I'd have to say yes to both questions.
