I grow it in a tiny plastic pot in live sphagnum, cool to intermediate, 80% humidity and watered nearly every day with a very weak solution of 20-1-1-12Ca-2Mg.

WOW!!! I just absolutely LOVE those micro-minis... I have always been fascinated (& in love) with them!!

Seriously great growing!! That is one perfect little specimen!! You must be one proud poppa!!

It's been a dream of mine for a long time to have a terrarium full of these tiny-tiny orchids (& other plants too... natural scene: w/ wood, moss, ferns, and orchids...) Thank you very much for the inspiration! and for sharing!

Thanks, Mary for looking and commenting. It would indeed be nice to have them in a terrarium. The difficult it that they are a whole lot more work when in a setting of that sort. The closest I come to that is a display I put in every year at our local orchid society show: Orchids in Bloom: Mount Baker Orchid Society Show

Such a wonderful thing! Would be fun to do a "miniature garden" with orchids like that.

I would love to do something like that, Ron, but the time and effort are probably more than I can afford at the moment.

I'd love to try a terrarium or something on a larger scale, but I have so many irons in the fire that I'
d just be diluting my other efforts.

Oh, yes, I remember seeing this display before... It is just awesome! I would love to see it in person, it must be amazing! It looks like a lot of work too! Do u re-use the background the next year? Or create a new one? What size is the case? Sorry for all the questions! Lol but, sadly I don't think I'd ever be able to make it to y'all's show, as it's on the other side of the country from me!
