If these don't make it he's willing to hold until warmer weather and send me replacements again(which I tried to do with these ones but failed to get in touch in time)
On their website they tell you to email for a price list. It's a wonderful list, but no photos. I just may order again in the spring.

Wow, so pretty, and your plant is just so stunningly healthy, all the leaves just perfect green, no spots, no brown tips. My Masdevallia red wing that is grown outside just doesn't like it so much, it grows to big plant, but it did not bloom yet (did send one testing spike in summer), and the tips on the older leaves are brown, so it does not like our Florida heat much:-(

This is a hybrid so it must be temperature tolerant. But I still do not expose it to above 80F.

Thank You, Tommy !

your instincts are right....do not expose it to too much warmth....and the browning of the tips of the leaves is a humidity issue and also the roots needs to be flushed for fertilizer crystal deposits....so easy on the fertilizer on this....this plant is sensitive to minerals in tap water so make sure you give it clean water.

Very nice work , I have one much smaller and same species , got it last fall from ebay seller zygo , and find it taking long time to do anything but shoot out new leaves once every few weeks , Keeping humidity prooves to be challenging up here in the north for me . although leaves are nice light green I am hoping within the next 6 months something sprouts a flower .

Thanks for the visit and your kind words....

Masdies not only need high humidity but they would love the night cool temps in your area....my mistake was letting it taste the 90F of our summers...it all sulked on me and some leaves fell....it was when I put it on 70F in the day and 50F at night (The AC is the only luxury I have in the summers and I put it on 60F all day in my bedroom ....so I sleep with my Masdies, heh)....it needs only medium light

How is it doing these days? Really curious about the glass method.
