Blooming Pleurothallus rowleei

I've had this plant for at least 4-5 years. I've grown it in a warm, humid vivarium and in a midwestern greenhouse (with annual temperature and humidity changes). In all that time, I've had one flower spike. What does this plant need to stimulate spiking? In the greenhouse, I grow it in paph light in a mixture of tree fern and fine bark and charcoal. I water every two days.
