I grow my masdies in quite high humidity and mist them many times per day.
Sphagnum grows loosely on blocks, some moss dry too easily and has died but some stays alive.
I use only different species of
finnish moss to all my masdies. I collect all the moss from my own forest.
I am testing now which finnish species tolerate more dry condition without death.
