Default Masdevallia bennettii
This plant has been plugging away in my vivarium the past couple months; the first blooms on the spike blasted, the second set I knocked off, and this one went from tiny bud to full bloom in about a week's time. Hard to photograph very well, the little hairs on the lip send the whole flower into motion with the slightest breeze.
