Thanks for the tips! Yes keeping my eyes peeled on the local facebook for terrarium/fish tank ads. Also I think it may be a fun project to try this: Build a Raspberry Pi Terrarium Controller for temperature & humidity

However, with a preference for keeping things simple I had seen that thread mentioned on the masdies glass bowl method. I made a division of my dracula a couple of weeks ago, suspending in a net pot in sphag above leca+ water in a tall vase. We'll see if that works out!

Growing masdies/draculas in glass bowls?

I got my tanks in Wallapop for less than 30$ each..I have 6 already. Some with fancy gadgets and some I just spray myself ...all running smoothly! At low cost.... ..but no low effort!

There are some Draculas that are not pendant... for instance, Drac. benedictii is not pendant. It's the only one I have with this growth habit, but there others in the same section with similar habit. (This particular one is a flower machine...)

I have three Dracula orchids in my Ikea Greenhouse terrarium. They seem to be doing well; one has two spikes and the rest have not started giving them out. Maybe they were a bit mad from getting moved here and there (as I was setting up the greenhouse).
