I got it 4 years agos as a very small division (4 or 5 leaves, now it has close to 60) from Ecuagenera, and it has been growing in the same pot since, with half the bottom filled with leca (hydroton) and live sphagnum moss on top (the sphagnum is long dead and replaced naturally by other mosses) and there is always an inch of water in the pot (semi-hydro).
