Heres some snippets I found about your plant:
It’s actually called Plthl. Loranthophylla nowadays but your tag name is still acceptable.
It loves warmth…humidity and shaded light …I have seen it also mounted…the blooms are sequensial…it has no definitive part of the season…whenever a new shoot matures; it will produce a bloom…and they grow like grass
I have several Pluerothallis plants and only one is potted the rest I got mounted.
